  Carolyn is a motivated and thoughtful instructor who wants to help her clients reach their fitness goals and her body shred class is AWESOME!!! I get a total body workout in 30 minutes. This workout fits perfectly into my busy schedule. I also take a spin class. I had knee surgery and am able to spin without any pain. Carolyn made sure I was properly fitted to my bike and it really made a huge difference. It's a clean, safe environment lead by a caring instructor. Thanks Carolyn - Live to Cycle ROCKS!!!!
