  Was referred here by my dentist for wisdom teeth extraction. The receptionist i got on the phone the first time I called was very arrogant and unhelpful, but thankfully after some forwarded documents from my dentist i got a callback from another assistant who said everything was in order and they just need to get insurance authorization and will call me back when they get that ("could take up to 9 months before appointment date" she said)... It has been over a year now and no call. I understand healthcare paperwork is a nightmare but this is taking it to a whole new level...
  I decided to find out what was causing the delays, but when I called them on the listed number ((831) 636-8484, during their listed work hours) there is no response and now not even an answering machine picking up for the last few days.
  I can not comment on the skills of the doctor himself, but either they had a major disaster in the last week that is not listed anywhere that knocked out their systems, or his management and staff are completely incompetent.
  (will try update this review if I manage to actually get in touch with them at some point, but right now I am just glad this was not an urgent dental procedure I was referred to them for...)
